One of a range of game pates from Toledo in central Spain, this is made using duck meat and duck liver with the addition of a little Armagnac.

 

Ingredients: Duck meat 25%, chicken, duck liver, duck fat, lean pork and pork fat, stock, milk, eggs, Armagnac 1%, salt, white pepper, stabiliser E450 and preservative E-250.
Allergy advice: contains milk and eggs.
