Wild Boar Salami w/peppercorns 350g





A stick of top-quality salami made using wild boar and pork loin, rich and flavourful, with a coating of crushed peppercorns. Vacuum-packed and ready to eat. From the same supplier as our other game charcuterie and our smoked Asturian chorizos, this has been lightly smoked also, up in the mountains of the Picos de Europa, so is full of mountain flavours and only needs ambient storage.
