This Spanish black pudding is from Asturias, from a small family-run supplier, famous for the quality of its products. These sausages are made using onion, blood, paprika and streaky bacon, before being smoked over oak-fires. They can be used in tapas dishes, served with vegetables like our baby broad beans, or added to stews such as the famous Fabada Asturiana.
Ingredients: Onion, pumpkin, bacon, pig blood, paprika, salt and parsley.
