Serrano Reserva Ham Block





This is a boned Serrano ham, without the bone, skin and excess fat removed; the meat is then trimmed into a rectangular shape, perfect for carving on a slicing machine. It comes from top-quality Serrano pigs from Teruel in the mountains of Aragon, and is cured for 18 months minimum, giving a rich, mellow flavour.


Ingredients: Pork ham, salt, antioxidant (E-331), preservatives (E-250 and E-252) and maltodextrin.
