Serrano Lomo Cured loin slices 120g
Excellent quality Serrano loin slices in a vacuum pack, cured for around 2 months to give an intense depth of flavour. The pork comes from pure-bred Duroc Serrano pigs in Galicia - the marbling in the meat makes it possible for our supplier to use less salt in the curing process, making the flavour sweet and mellow. It is always best to serve the slices at room temperature to allow the full flavour to be enjoyed.
