Iberico Panceta Adobada piece 400g





From the same supplier as our Iberico de Bellota hams in Guijuelo, Salamanca, we have these pieces of Iberico pork belly, which are first rubbed with paprika, salt and oregano, then dry-cured and finally lightly smoked. Iberico pork belly is rich and fatty, with the flavour of the acorns the pigs were feeding on; slice thinly and fry, or cut into bigger chunks and add to casseroles and stews to add flavour.
