Denomination of Origin La Mancha

 

Manchego is the best known Spanish cheese. These wedges are made in La Mancha from pasteurised sheep's milk. They are cured for 2-3 months to give a cheese that is mild and creamy, and vacuum-packed to keep their freshness.

 

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep milk, salt, cheese cultures, coagulant and calcium chloride. Preservative: lisozyme (from egg). No edible rind: preservatives: E202, E235 , coloring: E172.
