Manchego - the best-known Spanish cheese; this is a large round of Manchego made in La Mancha using pasteurised sheep's milk, cured for 2-3 months to give a mild creamy flavour.


Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep milk, salt, cheese cultures, coagulant and calcium chloride. Preservative: lisozyme (from egg). No edible rind: preservatives: E202, E235 , coloring: E172.
