Nori is the Japanese name for this seaweed, which is also known as Laver in Wales. One of a range of organically grown seaweeds from the coast of Galicia in northern Spain, this is naturally dehydrated and ready for use after soaking; it comes with instructions on how to soak and suggestions for use. It is red in colour, with a sweet/salty taste; high in protein, vitamins and minerals. Used in making sushi, soups and of course, 'Laverbread'.
