Organic Kombu seaweed 25g





One of a range of organically grown seaweeds from the coast of Galicia in northern Spain, this is naturally dehydrated and ready for use after soaking; it comes with instructions on how to soak and suggestions for use. Rich in minerals especially iodine; it is high in 'umami' flavour so is used in making Japanese stocks and soups like 'Dashi' as well as vegetable dishes and sashimi.
