The olive oil is made using cold-pressed Arbequina olives, which give a depth of flavour to the oil even before the addition of real pieces of Tuber magnatun pico, white truffle, which gives a rich perfume of truffle - delicious! The judges said: 'Wonderful earthy aroma and beautiful greenish gold colour'.
