This is a roasted virgin walnut oil, made using walnuts from Aragon in north-west Spain. The walnuts are first roasted to release their wonderful flavour, then cold pressed and filtered through traditional methods following a 75 year old tradition. Walnut oil is a wonderful addition to cheese, avocado, salads, beef and blends seamlessly with balsamic vinegar; or try it with tarragon white wine vinegar. It is also delicious on grilled fish or meat: a dab of walnut oil is the perfect touch for enhancing their flavour. You can also try it in pasta with cheese.
