The traditional gingham-lined, wicker hamper contains: 500g Iberico de Bellota Chorizo and Salami – half pieces of artisan charcuterie from fully acorn fed 100% Iberico pigs, 300g Wild Boar Chorizo – lightly smoked horseshoe of wild boar and pork from the Picos de Europa Mountains, 500g Murcia al Vino – pasteurised goats milk cheese cured in wine to give a spicy aroma, 425g Cabra al Romero - pasteurised goats milk cheese coated in fragrant rosemary leaves, 130g Venison Pate with Truffle and a little Armagnac - from Toledo in central Spain, 80g Luxury Nut Cocktail Mix – moscatel raisins, brazil nuts, cashews, almonds, walnuts and hazelnuts seasoned with a dash of Flor de Sal, 130g Partridge Pate with Port - from Toledo in central Spain, 225g Belgian Chocolate Fig Bombons – chocolate covered figs with a rum truffle filling, 200g Polvorones de Almendra - soft, crumbly almond cakes, flavoured lightly with lemon and cinnamon and individually-wrapped for freshness, 100g Torta de Turron – made using whole roasted Marcona almonds, 100g Kikones – a traditional snack in Spain, giant-sized corn kernels fried and lightly salted, 125g Picos Artesanos - mini breadsticks made with extra virgin olive oil, 210g Quince Jelly – high quality dark red membrillo, 180g Pickled Green Figs - whole Spanish figs from Bierzo in northern Spain, and 250g Fig and Almond wedge – pressed fruit wedge with anise and cinnamon.
