Potatoes should be left whole and unpeeled and placed in well salted water. Bring the water to boil and allow to boil for several minutes before reducing the heat and allowing to simmer for a further 10 minutes.
Drain all the water and return the potatoes to a low heat. Keep the dry potatoes moving continually during this process. After several minutes the potatoes should become wrinkled, with a salted crust on their skins.
Add around half the jar of your chosen Salsa and allow to warm. Once the Salsa is warmed thoroughly it is ready to enjoy!
