Denomination of Origin La Mancha
Manchego - the best-known Spanish cheese; this is a large round of Manchego made in La Mancha using pasteurised sheep's milk, cured for 8 months to give a full but not overpowering flavour. (Best before 22/08/17)
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep milk, salt, cheese cultures, coagulant and calcium chloride. Preservative: lisozyme (from egg). No edible rind: preservatives: E202, E235 , coloring: E172.Allergy advice: contains milk and egg.
