Delicioso UK Ltd is a business founded by Kate Shirley-Quirk and Jose Luis Alvarez Bernal, who are both involved full-time in the day-to-day management. Delicioso is based on the principle of supplying quality products together with excellent service and attention to detail. Each customer, whether buying a small amount or purchasing a larger order, is assured of the same high level of service. We source all our products directly from Spain, using small family-run enterprises that employ traditional skills whenever possible, taking care to ensure that the products are made without unnecessary chemicals and the animals involved are bred using good husbandry methods.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good service is all-important to us. If you need to contact us for any reason, our customer service telephone number is +44 (0) 1865 340055. This number is operated from Mondays to Fridays from 08:30 to 16:30. Calls are charged at normal rates. You can also contact us via email at info@delicioso.co.uk. We select the finest quality produce, and endeavour to ensure that it reaches you in the best condition. If, for any reason, any of our products do not reach you in good condition, we will happily replace or refund the items concerned. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

SUBSTITUTIONS

While photography and descriptions are intended to be accurate, we reserve the right to substitute items for those of a similar or greater value, if for any reason those stated are unavailable.

DELIVERIES

Deliveries are made by Courier or Parcel Force from Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) during working hours. To allow for weekends, holidays, delivery distance, customs clearance etc, it is advisable to place orders two or more working days before a chosen delivery date. We aim to despatch your order to arrive as close as possible to that date or a day before. We guarantee to replace any item damaged or lost in transit within the UK. We are able to offer world-wide deliveries, but you are advised to contact us directly if your delivery is outside the UK.

When you buy from our web-site, we need to know some information about you to allow us to process your registration, but we will not provide any information about you to third parties.
